Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and message. We use those details to review and respond to your inquiry. If you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to respond.

How the contact form works

The website runs on Cloudflare Workers. When you submit the form, the Worker processes the form fields and checks the Turnstile token with Cloudflare to help block automated or abusive submissions. If the check succeeds, the message is sent through SMTP2GO to hello@fishersinfo.com. Your email address is included as the reply-to address so we can respond to you.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information, and the site key and origin to assess whether a visit is automated. Turnstile does not access or transmit the contents of your form message. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

Service providers and email retention

Cloudflare provides the website hosting, Worker processing, and Turnstile security check. SMTP2GO transmits accepted messages to our inbox. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and may retain technical or delivery records under their own policies and service settings. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and SMTP2GO’s Privacy Policy.

We do not keep contact submissions in a website database. Messages delivered to our email inbox may remain there until we delete them. SMTP2GO or Cloudflare may retain limited service records according to their retention policies and our account settings.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this contact page. The embedded Turnstile security service may use technical signals and mechanisms necessary for bot detection; its processing is described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy materials linked above. Your browser settings can control cookies and similar storage, though blocking security features may prevent the contact form from working.

How to contact us

To ask about this policy or request deletion of a contact message, email hello@fishersinfo.com. We can remove messages from our inbox where feasible; provider records are subject to the providers’ policies and retention settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when our information practices change. The revision date above indicates the latest update.
